Ingredients
I am loving my Ninja! I made a delicious fruit smoothie.
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit
- 1/2 a banana
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla BLN Protein
- 1/3 cup water (add more if it’s too thick)
Stacy’s Suggestions and Preparation
- Combine all ingredients into Ninja single-serve container or blender.
- If you are using another brand of protein powder add 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed.
- Blend until mixed.
- Add more water if too thick.
- Enjoy!
