Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, we will celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday by doing a workout for 8/4/84. You will do 8 rounds of 4 movements with a buy-in and a cash-out of 37 burpees.

Today’s workout:

Buy-in= 37 burpees

Then 8 Rounds of:

  • 8 squats
  • 4 push-ups
  • 8 lunges
  • 4 push-ups

Then Cash-out= 37 burpees
