- pancake mix (we like Birch Benders Paleo Pancake mix)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- maple syrup (optional)
- strawberry jelly (optional)
- bananas (optional)
- homemade chicken sausage
Stacy’s Suggestions and Preparation
- Prepare the chicken apple sausage.
- Prepare the pancake mix as directed on the package.
- Add 1 cup cottage cheese.
- Fry up pancakes in a frying pan.
- Serve with toppings of your choice.
- We like bananas, a little local maple syrup, and we put homemade jelly on them.
- Enjoy!!
