Here is your Weekly Wednesday Workout. Don’t forget to do a quick warm-up.  If you need ideas on how to modify this workout, please comment below or email me. In today’s workout, you will do  2 Rounds of:

  • 50 squats
  • 40 jumping jacks
  • 30 push-ups
  • 20 sit-ups
  • 10 burpees

Go through the movements two times. So 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 then repeat. Take a two-minute break in between if needed.
