Merry Christmas!
We made these no-bake cookies with the kids for Christmas. And I couldn’t believe my niece ate one and actually liked it even after reading the recipe and considering the title started with the word “healthy”. They turned out a lot darker than what is pictured. I am not sure why except we used almond butter instead of cashew butter. Oh well, they still taste good and if you buy the right ingredients they can be paleo, gluten-free, vegan, keto, and grain-free!
Ingredients
- Coconut flour
- Cashew Butter
- Keto Maple Syrup
- Sprinkles
Stacy’s Suggestions and Preparation
- Follow the recipe here.
- We used almond butter with a scoop of peanut butter in ours.
- We also ended up having more than 20 cookies but we made ours a bit smaller.
- We mixed all four ingredients together.
- Stirred them up.
- Rolled them into balls and smooshed them on the parchment paper.
- Refrigerated them for 30 minutes.
- And tasted them!
