Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do three rounds of 20 reps each of five different arm exercises. If you want to do the workout along with me click here. If you just need the movements, click below.

3 Rounds:

  • 20 lateral raises
  • 20 shoulder raises to the front
  • 20 shoulder to overhead
  • 20 bicep curls
  • 20 tricep extensions

Finish with five minutes of abs.
