These Unicorn Cookies don’t quite look like the recipe I followed but they are an easy treat that tastes pretty good!
Do three rounds of the following: 30 standing abs, 25 overhead extensions, 20 lunges, and 15 squat pulses.
Six different exercises each done for 1 minute with a 1 minute rest. Repeat the cycle three times for a 21-minute workout.
