  9. single-arm dumbbell rows
  10. punches
  11. bicycle abs
  12. step-ups
  13. kettlebell swings
  14. sumo squats
  15. push-ups
  16. standing abs
  17. biceps curls
  18. squat lifts
  19. spiderman plank
  20. shoulder to overhead
