Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do five rounds of step-ups, tricep dips, and inclined push-ups. All movements will be done on a box.

5 Rounds:

  • 12 alternating step-ups
  • 9 tricep dips on the box
  • 6 inclined push-ups
