Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do seven rounds of seven reps of seven cardio movements. Rest as needed in between each round.

Movements for each round:

  • 7 jumping jacks
  • 7 mountain climbers (each leg)
  • 7 high knees (each leg)
  • 7 butt kicks (each leg)
  • 7 up/downs or burpees
  • 7 jumping lunges (each leg)
  • 7 skaters (each leg)
