Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do 10 different movements. I tried uploading the video to follow me but it’s too long. I will keep trying.

  • 100 step-ups
  • 90 punches
  • 80 abs (4 sets of 20 different abs)
  • 70 kettlebell swings
  • 60 squats
  • 50 stutter steps or jumping jacks
  • 40 lunges
  • 30 lateral dumbbell raises
  • 20 abs
  • 1:00 plank
