Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do four rounds of 15 reps of 4 movements. Rest as needed in between each round.

Movements for each round:

  • 15  Thrusters
  • 15  Abs of your choice
  • 15  Jumping Jacks
  • 15  Dumbbell Rows
