Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of three bicep curls (each arm), 3 rows (each arm) 3 push-ups, 12 squats, and 12 step-ups.

Movements for each round:

  • 3 bicep curls (each arm)
  • 3 rows (each arm)
  • 3 push-ups
  • 12 squats
  • 12 step-ups
