Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do four rounds of four different movements. You will need a box for squats and dips.

Four Rounds of:

  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 10 box squats
  • 20 Russian twists
  • 10 tricep dips

Rest in between each round if needed.
