Weekly Wednesday Workout

In today’s workout, you will do three rounds of five different cardio movements for 50-55 seconds each. Do as many reps as possible within the minute. If you need a break, take 5-10 seconds rest and start again on the next movement the next minute. You can also take a 30-60 second break between rounds.

Movements for each round:

  • mountain climbers
  • burpees
  • Heisman
  • jumping jacks or jump rope
  • high knees

Repeat three times.
