Weekly Wednesday Workout
In today’s workout, you will do one round of six different leg movements alternating between 48 and 44 reps in celebration of today’s events. If you need more, repeat the movements. If you need less, split the reps into two rounds.
Movements:
- 48 squats
- 44 lunges
- 48 calf raises
- 44 curtsy lunges
- 48 skaters
- 44 sumo squats
